RPL Outcomes-Based Service Planning – RPL Inspires! Part 2. In 2018 at the SLA conference in Regina, we introduced RPL’s planning efforts designed to turn a newly developed strategic plan into an outcomes-based, customer and staff informed, high impact focused service plan. RPL’s Service Plan 2019 – 2021 is now complete and we are in implementation mode. In this presentation you will hear about:

RPL’s outcomes-based framework; the approach to ensure alignment with strategic goals, customer and staff engagement activities and results; tools used for decision-making and change management; strategies for communicating ongoing work; actions that are currently underway; and, future directions.
